Protective Clothing
Our standard woollen cloth for industrial protective clothing is made to meet the requirements of EN ISO 11612 and EN ISO 11611. We produce the traditional British Steel fabrics MM1 and MM2.
These woollen fabrics are ideal for protective clothing including woollen hoods, aprons, sleeves and gaiters that are designed to protect the wearer’s body during welding and similar processes. Our woollen fabric helps to protect the wearer against spatter and other hazards.
The woollen fabric is tested on a regular basis for protection against molten metal splash from both Iron and Aluminium.
